In order to thoroughly implement the "plastic ban" regulations in Hainan Province and continue to effectively promote the "plastic ban" work in the mail channel, recently, the Hainan Provincial Postal Administration organized the 2024 "plastic ban" work promotion meeting to make arrangements for the "plastic ban" work in the delivery channel.
The meeting publicized and interpreted the "Regulations on the Prohibition of Disposable Non-degradable Plastic Products in the Hainan Special Economic Zone", notified the relevant typical cases in recent years, and put forward requirements for the next step to do a good job in the "plastic ban" work of the delivery channel. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the training of enterprise employees on the "plastic ban", enhance the law-abiding awareness of the "plastic ban" and the ability to identify the plastic products in the directory, and strengthen the inspection and blocking of distribution centers and delivery links.
Third, it is necessary to actively cooperate with relevant departments to carry out inspections of "plastic ban". Regularly carry out self-inspections on the implementation of the "plastic ban" regulations, and report to the relevant departments in a timely manner if they find suspected plastic products in the list.
